Book a hotel near Kyoto Station or Kyoto City Center by 19 April 2024.
Early-bird registration opens until 30 April 2024. After that, regular registration follows.

75000 JPY (500 USD)

90000 JPY (600 USD)
From 1 May to 31 May
* Cancellations after 14 June will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
* All times/dates above are presented in Japan Standard Time (JST).
* Those who attend APESS 2024 can attend and present at ANCRiSST 2024 without additional fees!
* Registration fee is fully waived for APESS lecturers, ANCRiSST keynote speakers, and invited guests.
